Today RSD discovered that a Richgrove Teacher legend passed away. Mr. Walter Gragg, a decades long teacher at Richgrove School passed away in March. Most of us know him as the math teacher that played the reel tape basic facts and made us all memorize all the presidents, term years, party affiliation and their vice presidents! He was a good man. I am posting the Facebook message from his family.

🎓 Attention 8th Grade Parents & Future Titans! 🐾
🎉 Welcome, Freshmen! Cesar Chavez High School will be hosting a Freshmen Orientation on Thursday, May 20th from 5:45 PM – 8:00 PM, beginning in the school auditorium.
📚 Students will have the opportunity to sign up for clubs and sports, meet teachers and coaches, and register for Dual Enrollment college classes. This is a great opportunity for incoming freshmen and families to learn more about the school, programs, and expectations for the upcoming school year.
