Neighborhood Housing Services of Southwest Wisconsin (NHS of SW WI) was established in 1983 as a private, non-profit community controlled corporation with a volunteer board and committees. NHS of SW WI is a charter member of Neighborworks America net-work, and the first rural NeighborWorks Organization (NWO) in America. Our vision is to build partnerships that increase the capital of our communities.
