The City Utilities Richland Center Office will be closed Wednesday, September 9, and Thursday, September 10 while our staff participates in off-site training.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as our staff takes time to complete important training.

🚨 If you have an emergency, please use the City Utilities emergency contact number or follow the normal emergency reporting procedures.

The office will reopen for normal business hours on Friday, September 11.

Good morning! Some concern about the power outage on July 28th has been brought to our attention, so here is what you need to know!

The outage is only going to affect those who were notified, which is only 6 customers within the following block.
-The 500 block of E Kinder and E Haseltine.
-The 300 block of Ira and S James.

It is scheduled to begin at 8 AM and last until 12 PM while our crew replaces a pole. If inclement weather the prevents the work from being completed, the outage will be rescheduled for July 29th 8 AM- 12 PM.

Again this is not citywide and will only affect those who received a letter!
We sincerely apologize for any confusion!
