He conducts chart audits, coordinates base education, trains new hires, and facilitates our Clinical Internship Program — helping shape the next generation of flight clinicians. His dedication to education, accountability, and mentorship helps strengthen our entire team and ultimately improves outcomes for the patients and communities we serve.
