The Richland School Board held a special board meeting on February 15, 2022. Semi Bird, and Kari Williams held a surprise vote on a Resolution to defy the Washington State mask mandate. In doing so, they violated their oath of office to “uphold and enforce all laws, State Board rules and regulations and court orders pertaining to schools” and the WASA code of ethics. This is not about the mask man

date, this is about their malfeasance in executing their responsibilities as elected officials. This page was created by the Richland School Board Good Governance Recall Committee, a group of citizens who are concerned about the actions and intentions of the three directors.
