Richland Housing Authority has 1 BRAND NEW studio/efficiency apartment available right now. If you are currently on the waiting list for a studio/efficiency unit, please call and update your application. We are also going to have a few 1bedroom apartments ready soon.
Our waiting list for all apartments is currently very short. Please pick up an application at 215 S Walnut any time. They are on the left just inside the first automatic door. You will need to bring in Social Security cards, State Certified Birth Certificates for all individuals who will be in the household. We also will need a copy of Drivers License or photo ID for(anyone over the age of 17 1/2, Income verification (SS, SSI, Child Support, if you are working please take one of the income forms next to the application and have your employer fill it out) and if you receive food stamps a copy of your letter.
The completed application can be placed in the drop box along with copies of all needed documents. If you need us to make those copies come in during normal business hours. M-F 7 a.m. to noon and 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.
