Teen Venture is incredibly thankful for LCpl William Griffey and his wife, Glacie Griffey!

William is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps and will be deploying at the end of September for six months. Before he leaves, William and Glacie chose to spend one of their days volunteering at Teen Venture during a very critical time for them.

They jumped in to help with our remodel and, especially, to help us work on our brand new 4K/Real 3D movie theater installation!

Their willingness to serve the community and invest in Teen Venture means more than they probably realize. Thank you both for helping us build something special for the teens of our community. Thank you for serving our country and our teens.

We’ve been working our hearts out, and we are SO excited to finally open the doors and show everyone what Teen Venture has become.

Our Open House on September 5th is more than just showing off a remodeled building. It’s the beginning of a new chapter for Teen Venture.

Every room in our building is going to be fully functional, and we’ve created spaces where our teens can actually explore all the things they love. We have a 3D movie theater, an updated recording studio and radio room, a new sensory room for our neurodivergent teens who need a safe place away from crew time, a gymnastics/tumbling room, Belegarth, and so much more.

Our crews have grown, our programs have grown, and our policies and expectations have grown with them. We have new crews, new opportunities, new spaces, and new ways for our teens to take ownership and become leaders.

After grant writing, fundraising, planning, and a LOT of hard work we are so ready.

This building has always belonged to our teens. We’re just making it into the place they deserve.

Come see the new Teen Venture on September 5th! We can’t wait to show you around.

Our Crew Presidents have been working HARD during this remodel! They’ve spent hours cleaning, organizing, moving things around, helping get rooms ready, and doing whatever needed to be done to help get Teen Venture ready for our new year.

One of the things we want our Crew Presidents to learn is that leadership isn’t just about having a title or telling people what to do. It’s about showing up, working alongside others, taking responsibility, and being willing to do the jobs that aren’t always fun.

We are so incredibly thankful for everyone who has shown up and helped so far. We’ve made unbelievable progress, and we couldn’t have done it without all of you!

All those hours of grant writing, planning, and working behind the scenes are finally paying off, and we’re so excited to see everything coming together!

We can’t wait to show off the new Teen Venture on September 6th at our Open House!

We’re getting closer every day, and we can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been working on!

We were so excited to welcome Skyler King to Teen Venture!

Skyler is skating across the country to raise money and awareness for su***de prevention, using his journey to remind people that hope, connection, and simply being there for one another can make a difference.

We’re grateful he took the time to stop by Teen Venture and share a little about his journey with us.
