Richlands EMS/Rescue Richlands EMS/Rescue was a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization located in Richlands, NC. We provided First Responder EMS and Medium Technical Rescue Services.

We were 100% volunteer with a membership of aproximently 30-40 volunteers.
