Look at all of the activities happening at the library next week!

- Dinosaur Trinket Dish Teen/Adult Craft 🦕(Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 at 10:00 AM): Join us for a fun crafting session for ages 14+. For this craft, we will be creating dinosaur themed trinket dishes! All materials will be provided.

- Jeffini's Dino Diggers Magic Show 🦖(Wednesday, June 17th, 2026 at 2:00 PM): Join Jeffini on a magical adventure exploring the world of dinosaurs, fossils, and archeology! Please note that patrons of the library or Bryan County residents must sign-up for this event in person at the library. Seating is limited, so spots will be given on a first come first serve basis.

- Book Ends Book Club 📖(Thursday, June 18th, 2026 at 10:30 AM): Join the Book Ends Book Club for their monthly meeting where they will be discussing Susannah Cahalan's novel "The Great Pretender"!

Kids, Teens, and adults! Get creative with our June coloring contest! Pick up a coloring sheet from your Richmond Hill Library, color it in, and return it to the library by June 30. We’ll pick one winner for each age category: Ages 5-8, Ages 9-12, Teens, and Adults. Winners will be called after the 4th of July!

Join us, June 17th, for our next Summer Reading performance, Jeffini's Dino Diggers Magic Show! Join Jeffini on a magical adventure exploring the world of dinosaurs, fossils, and archeology.

Patrons must be a part of the Richmond Hill Public Library or be a Bryan County resident in order to sign-up. Patrons can sign-up in-person at the library starting today. Seating is limited, so spots will be given on a first come first serve basis.

This years Summer Reading theme is "Unearth a Story"! So for every Wednesday in the month of June we will be sharing a dinosaur fact of the day!

Did you know that the first dinosaur to ever be named was the Megalosaurus! This dinosaur was named in 1824 by Reverend William Buckland.

If you have any fun dinosaur facts, feel free to comment them below!

The libraries next Summer Reading performance is Diggery Digger's Dinosaur Adventure! Join Diggery on his fun-filled adventure with his dinosaur friends! This performance will be happening tomorrow in the library community room.

Please note that patrons must be signed-up to participate in this event. If you are already signed-up or on the wait list, please arrive early. If a patron on the sign-up sheet is late, their spot will then be given to the next party on the waitlist.

The performance will begin at 2:00 PM!
