Campaign Confessionals is BACK for 2026 🎬

And we’re kicking things off with none other than Congresswoman from Virginia’s 4th Congressional District.

Now that the redistricting fight appears settled and the lines are locked in — for better or worse — we’re officially diving into the races and conversations that will shape Virginia’s future.

From reproductive freedom to rapid fire questions, we’re bringing you the candidates, leaders, and voices fighting for the Commonwealth we want to build.

Every person’s story with reproductive health looks different.

Some stories are about choosing parenthood. Some are about struggling to become parents. Some are about miscarriage and the care that followed. Some are about birth control, IVF, pregnancy complications, or abortion care. And some are about simply wanting the freedom to make deeply personal decisions without politicians interfering.

That’s why we’re asking Virginians to share their stories.

The Reproductive Freedom Amendment is about protecting the full spectrum of reproductive healthcare, not just one experience, one outcome, or one kind of family.

Stories educate. Stories connect. Stories remind people what’s actually at stake.

On this anniversary of Roe v. Wade, we’re clear-eyed about what’s at stake—and what we’re fighting for.
As Governor Abigail Spanberger said in her joint address to the General Assembly:

Virginia will not fall victim to abortion bans that put politicians between patients and doctors—or cost women their lives.

We trust Virginia women. We trust Virginia families.
And we’re not done yet.

The Reproductive Freedom Amendment has passed the General Assembly. Now it’s headed to the ballot—and voters will have the final say.

This is how we honor Roe: by locking reproductive freedom into Virginia’s Constitution, once and for all.

This amendment protects more than abortion — it safeguards contraception, IVF, pregnancy care, miscarriage management, and postpartum care.

Now comes the most important step: the people decide. See you at the polls this November.
