Join us at the Bayview Branch Library on Wednesday, June 3rd at 5:30 p.m. for an engaging, kid-friendly workshop on emotional regulation. Children will explore simple, empowering techniques to help them recognize their feelings, understand their “window of tolerance,” and practice ways to feel more grounded and centered when emotions run high. Through movement, stories, interactive activities, and guided breathing exercises, participants will learn practical tools they can use anytime to feel more calm, present, and connected.

This program creates a supportive environment where children can build awareness of their internal experiences and discover strategies that help them listen, learn, and feel better in challenging moments. For more information, please call 510-620-6566.
