The Virginia War Memorial is seeking volunteers for the 8th Annual Hill of Heroes, where nearly 12,000 miniature American flags will be placed in tribute to the Virginians who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

Join us on:
📍 June 26 to place the flags
📍 July 10 to retrieve the flags
📍 July 13 to help organize and box the flags for next year's display

This powerful tradition brings together veterans, families, students, community groups, and citizens of all ages to remember those who gave everything for our freedom.
