TLM Notary Services is a full-time business, operating M-F 8am-8pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm to assist with all your general notary and loan closings needs. I am an independent licensed, notary public commissioned in the state of Virginia. Certified and back screened through the National Notary Association (NNA). Typically, I serve the entire Richmond area and its surrounding counties. Recently, I’ve
also added Central Virginia to my travel area as well. I am willing to travel up to 100 miles at an agreed-upon rate, from my current zip code, which is 23223. I strive to make sure that my clients are comfortable and feel good about signing their documents. As I will guide them through the signing process to make sure they are signing on the appropriate line. I make sure that my signings are signed completely and accurately before leaving our designated signing location. I always professionally conduct myself, starting with my appearance, integrity, and confidence. My strongest skill is following my Notary handbook for the state of Virginia. I will not email ANY documents to my clients; nor will I leave documents with them.
