🌟 Epic Revelation Alert! 🌟

You ever have one of those moments where everything just clicks? 💡 Well, let me tell you about my latest lightbulb moment... 💡

So there I was, casually glancing at my grocery receipt after a routine shopping trip, when BAM! It hit me like a ton of organic, locally-sourced bricks. 🛒💥

I noticed something peculiar - there, in bold letters, right next to my items: "Cashier: YOU." Wait, what? 😳 As I pondered this seemingly innocent label, it dawned on me... I'm being labeled as a cashier, but where's my paycheck?! 💸

Suddenly, it all became clear. 💡 By scanning and bagging my own groceries, I've unwittingly become an unpaid employee of the grocery store. And get this - no waiver of labor was signed! 😱

As I delved deeper into this revelation, it hit me like a bolt from the blue. ⚡️ This isn't just some quirky store policy; it's a direct violation of anti-slavery laws! 😤

But fear not, my fellow freedom fighters! 🛡️🌟 Together, we're putting together a game-changing bill - The CHECKOUT Act. It's our ticket to ending this modern-day injustice and reclaiming our rightful roles as customers, not unpaid laborers.

We need all the support we can get on this journey to justice. So join me, spread the word, and let's make history together! 💪🛒

Cannabis should have never been outlawed and Virginia should have been known as the state to drive this one survey forward. As a Virginian, American, and African American there is no reason I should have had to leave home for 13 years year after year to be able to practice this profession. It’s time to end the political games there are professionals in this state that can assist in laying the foundations of what can become the greatest cannabis and h**p industry world wide. There is no legal or logical reason to keep this prohibition in place preventing the people from prosperity. It’s up to us the people to show our representatives and we are done with this unjust prohibition, we will not stand for allowing corporations to come in and dominate this market they didn’t fight for. How disrespectful the people do all the hard policy work and then y’all let these companies come in and capitalize??? And lastly ASSURING the people who have been hurt the most from prohibition can get some form of reconciliation through accessible pathways to cannabis prosperity. It’s time to do what’s right. **p **pofferspeopleeverything

During the 2020 sessions Social Equity was a primary focus of this bill. The African American Community has been devastated by this prohibition that should have never happened. The prohibition it self was founded on racism when Harry J Anslinger said “Reefer makes Darkies think they’re as good as white men” also “there are 100,000 total ma*****na smokers in the US, and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos, and entertainers. Their Satanic music, jazz and swing result from ma*****na useage. This ma*****na causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes entertainers and any others”. Was this prohibition about health safety or about trying to stop in*******al relations? The continuation of this prohibition and to try and exclude the communities set back 100 years should not be tolerated. could revitalize the Republican Party and gain massive support from the African American community which will be a major play in his run for President by assuring proper measures are taken to create a pathway for the communities hurt the most by prohibition are able to capitalize in ways that really makes a difference. We aren’t asking for the whole 🥧, but we as a community have suffered families and lives destroyed over minuscule amounts of bad quality cannabis. THE HOPEE ACT section 10 can start Helping to end gun violence by funding education, and creating careers in these communities men and women can be proud of. The HOPEE ACT of 2023 outlines a very comprehensive way to make this happen! As a Virginian, American, & African American Cultivator that has fought 13 years to assure of these actions we refuse to sit ideally by and watch this happen. I’ve lobbied from California to DC and it’s time to do right by these communities after years of marginalization, racism, and countless outher authorities caused by this prohibition.

We had an amazing meeting with the other day at the Richmond Capitol to gain support for The VA Cannabis HOPEE ACT OF 2023. This is by far the most productive, bi partisan, and progressive piece of legislation submitted for legalization and proper regulations in VA. Virginians everywhere are making their voices heard and it’s time to stop playing to political games and legalize in 2023. If you are a cultivator, patient, 18+ consumer this is the bill for you!!! We are also looking for donations to help with print media and spreading the word. We have a few weeks to get this bill considered for amendments. **p

The Virginia Cannabis Health, Opportunity, Prosperity, Eco and Equity Act (The HOPEE Act) is a comprehensive piece of legislation that seeks to legalize and regulate the use, cultivation, and sale of cannabis and h**p in the state of Virginia. This bill is not just about legalizing a plant, but about righting the wrongs of the past and creating a brighter future for all Virginians. With a commitment to social and economic justice, this bill allocates a significant portion of tax revenues to marginalized communities and community programs. It also prioritizes the use of green energy and AI research and development, and places restrictions on corporate takeover to ensure that the cannabis industry remains community-driven.
In addition to these progressive provisions, the bill also includes regulations for testing and labeling of cannabis products, licensing for delivery services, and protections against packaging pollution and trademark infringement. Furthermore, it allows for cannabis consumption and sales at casinos, and includes a section dedicated to reparations for the Native American community. With a slogan of "Growing a Better Virginia", this bill has the potential to be a game-changer for the state and a model for the rest of the country. **p

After almost two decades of political and business games in Virginia we at The Kush Kommittee are currently finalizing The HOPEE Act which is a comprehensive and monumental piece of legislation that will do so much positive for the state of the cannabis industry, bring an untold amount of abundance to Virginians. It will allow for Men and Women 18+ to legally enjoy and cultivate cannabis (if you can serve 🇺🇸 at 18 you can smoke), it will create a pathway for craft cultivation to be successful in VA while creating unique and promising collaborations between the locals and corporate interest, it will establish programs to help VA become a leader in green tech/ energy and ai, and starting the process of making right on the wrongs done to the marginalized communities of VA most negatively effected by Cannabis prohibition, guidelines for delivery and so much more. Drafted by our Board Members if passed or considered this legislation will set Virginia on a path of upward trajectory in a way never experienced. There is no legal or logical reason to wait any longer to establish a working regulatory system and fair / affordable licenses and taxes. We are working to collect as many signatures as possible during this General Assembly. If you’re a Virginian tired of the games and are ready to build a new industry please DM us. If you’re a politician we need sponsors for this bill asap! S/O to for drafting this bill **p **p
