πŸš’β€οΈ Life-Saving Recognition β€οΈπŸš’

The Richmond Fire Department is proud to highlight the incredible work of FF/Medic Sam Weller. While caring for his patient, Kim Davis, Sam quickly recognized signs of a heart attack (STEMI) by performing a 12-lead EKG. Thanks to his quick action, Kim was transported emergently to Reid Health, where she was taken to the cath lab and received a stent that saved her life.

Kim personally recognized Sam for his life-saving care, and we couldn’t be more proud of him. Even more impressiveβ€”Sam just earned his Paramedic certification this past August!

πŸ‘ Thank you, Sam, for your dedication, skill, and commitment to our community. Way to go, FF/Medic Weller! We appreciate you!
