Did you know that one of the Lampi Foundation partners that helps fund it's projects is Wa Ale Island Resort?

One of their efforts is to help provide supplies and equipment to the village schools on both the villages of Salet Galet and Ma Kyone Galet in the Mergui Archipelago, Myanmar.

Did you know that for years almost all turtle nesting sites were raided by humans and local predatory wildlife within the Lampi Marine National park?

By helping to empower local villagers to safeguard all future nesting grounds, Lampi Foundation has helped save over 14 nests and release a multitude of Green, Hawksbill and even Leatherback Turtles safely into the Sea off of the Island of Wa Ale Island Resort!
