Last week, we hosted Leadership Metro Richmond for a tour of Cool Lane Commons. It was a wonderful opportunity to discuss the impact of supportive housing and share the message that homelessness is solvable!

The second story in our 2024 Impact Report highlighted our Data and Compliance team and the role they play in supporting our Services teams. Having quality data to demonstrate our successful outcomes allows us to secure more funding and stay in compliance. Having a dedicated Data team allows our Services teammates to spend more of their time directly with program participants!

The hard work of and collaboration between these teams over the years has made SupportWorks a dependable and effective steward of our grant funding, helping us expand our capacity and end the experience of homelessness for more of our neighbors every year 🩷

Like many housing and human services providers, SupportWorks Housing relies on federal funding to carry out our work of ending homelessness. Our friends at the National Alliance to End Homelessness have compiled a series of action items for speaking out against the freezing of federal grants and loans. Please take action today.
