Join us on Thursday, August 13th at 2pm as this webcast will introduce the Employment Mentorship Pathways project. We will cover the origins of the intervention model which began as a parent-to-parent mentorship intervention in which parents of employed adults with IDD provided mentorship to parents of unemployed adults. Then, we will explain how we will be incorporating peer-to-peer mentorship into the existing parent-to-parent model.
