The City of Richmond is hosting a second community meeting for the Parchester Village Infrastructure Master Plan.

Since our first meeting, community feedback has helped shape updated infrastructure improvements for the neighborhood.

Join us for an open house to explore boards showcasing proposed improvements, see how feedback from the first meeting has been incorporated into the plan, and share your thoughts on what should come next.

The plan addresses ongoing infrastructure challenges, including flooding, aging drainage systems, limited safe places to walk and bike, and inadequate areas for public transit stops.

Refreshments & light snacks will be served.
