EWC Director Carl Rhinehart and Oak Park have announced their transition away from the Emergency Warming Center. New Deliverance Temple Ministries International will continue to serve as the community's warming center.

The Emergency Warming Center - Richmond, IN at LifeSpring South is closed for the season. Thank you to all the volunteers, donors, supporters, and guests for making the warming center possible. Thank you to LifeSpring Church for hosting the warming center at your south campus and continuing to be a partner in this work. A very special THANK YOU goes out to New Deliverance Temple Ministries International for their partnership this winter. New Deliverance opened their doors helping to ensure that a warming center would be available during a long stretch of very cold days and nights. They went above and beyond offering day time warming many days as well. All volunteer led, no large donor base, just a community coming together to support others in need. God is good 🙌🏾🙌🏾.

If you need a ride to the warming center this evening or tomorrow evening, contact Chief’s transportation or H K and L Transportation and they will pick you up. Warming center guest or volunteer, rides free. Thank you to both of these companies for their generous support of people in need.

Due to cold night time temperatures forecasted for Sunday 2/22 & Monday 2/23, the Emergency Warming Center at LifeSpring Church South will open (501 S. 7th St Richmond IN). Doors open at 6:00 pm, no entry after 9:00 pm and guests depart the next morning by 8:00 am. Dinner and breakfast served, no ID required. Thank you to our volunteers and donors for making this service possible.

Contact New Deliverance Temple Ministries International at 765-277-5512 to see if they are offering daytime warming hours as the temperature is starting to rise. Doors open at 6:00 pm. Transportation to New Deliverance is available nightly at 5:30 pm from Morrison Reeves Library / Elstro Park. For transportation to LifeSpring South contact Chief's Transportation.
