Chesterfield CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Chesterfield CASA provides a voice for abused and neglected children. www.chesterfieldcasa.org Too many spend years moving from one temporary home to another.

Every year, more than half a million abused and neglected children need safe, permanent, nurturing homes. They are more likely than other children to face homelessness, unemployment, and even prison as adults. That's where Chesterfield CASA steps in. The Court Appointed Advocates program (CASA) was created to make sure these children don't fall through the cracks of the child welfare and judiciary

system. We act as a voice for vulnerable children in Chesterfield County and Colonial Heights. Our goal is to help ensure all children under the court’s protection have safe, nurturing, permanent homes where they can thrive.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our newest Advocate Supervisor, Mildred Boivert, to the Chesterfield CASA staff!

Originally from New York City, she brings more than 20 years of experience in child welfare, family support, and court advocacy to our team.

We are excited to have her passion, knowledge, and big-city experience join the Chesterfield CASA family as she begins this new chapter in Virginia!
