We are proud to present our 2026 competitive show, “Monster in Me”.

We explore the parts of ourselves we’re taught to hide—the instincts, fears, impulses, and desires that feel too loud, too strange, or too much. These inner monsters aren’t villains by nature; they’re misunderstood reflections of who we are when we stop performing and start being honest. Monster in Me ultimately asks: what if the thing we’re most afraid of is also the thing that makes us unstoppable?

Come out tonight to listen to some amazing work by our Maroon Track Percussion at their percussion ensemble concert tonight! This concert features all the percussionists from Polly Ryon Middle School, Antoinette Reading Junior High, and George Ranch High. Concert is at 6:30 in the George Ranch Auditorium, you won't want to miss it!

Last week, we celebrated our program's successes and achievements at the annual Band & Guard Banquet. Thank you to everyone that helped plan and host the event, from decorations and logistics to speeches and awards, food service and cleanup. You all made this year's celebration one to remember!

Our program is so fortunate to have so many hardworking students at GRHS. Huge congratulations to Kaylie Ballow for a Top Ten class rank coming in at #6 in the class of 2026! We wish her well at the University of Texas. Go Longhorns!

What an incredible end to the season! Yesterday the George Ranch Varsity Winterguard became state SILVER MEDALISTS. This is an incredible journey in the making and we cannot be more proud of the accomplishments these kids have made this year.

In this season alone they have broken the record for the highest score in School history 3 separate times and ended off with a 90.91. They also hold the district record for the highest for ever achieved in WGI with a 87.75.

They made top 5 at two separate WGI regionals , Made WGI world championships semi-finals beating out 104 other guards and where area champions!

This team has set a new standard going forward and we cannot be more excited for what the future holds.
