Whether she is helping students work through challenges, supporting fellow teachers, or simply being a caring presence for everyone around her, Melissa leads with compassion and heart.
Those who work alongside her describe her as someone who truly sees every child and meets them where they are academically, emotionally, and behaviorally. Her patience, creativity, and ability to build meaningful relationships make a lasting impact on students every day. In her self-contained classroom, no two days are ever the same, yet Melissa handles every situation with grace, positivity, and unwavering dedication.
