Constable Patrick Quincy - Fort Bend County Precinct 4 had the honor of attending Sienna Annex’s Active Duty Military & Veterans Community Celebration & BBQ.

Listening to veterans reflect on their experiences and witnessing the community come together in support of them, was a powerful reminder of the value of connection, understanding, and shared purpose. Events like these create opportunities to honor the journeys of our unspoken heroes while strengthening the sense of community that supports their well-being.

We sincerely like to thank everyone who contributed to putting together such a moving event which allowed us to honor active duty military, veterans, and their families.

Constable Patrick Quincy - Fort Bend County Precinct 4 and Asst. Chief Robert Becker had the wonderful opportunity to visit Larry Callies’ Black Cowboy Museum.

The museum preserves historical documents, memorabilia, artifacts, and pictures highlighting the rich history and stories of the Black Cowboy of the Old West. In addition to the history and culture of the Black Cowboy and African Americans, the museum highlights the contributions, histories, and cultures of all cowboys of the Old West, especially cowboys from the great state of Texas.

It was an honor to meet the legendary Cowboy, musician, and archiver Larry Callies and to experience such a monumental part of Texas history here in Fort Bend.

Today, Constable Patrick Quincy - Fort Bend County Precinct 4, Fort Bend County Precinct 4 Commissioner Dexter L. McCoy, District Attorney Brian Middleton, County Attorney Bridgette Smith-Lawson, and other County Officials announced Precinct Four’s new Unit focusing on patrolling unincorporated areas of the county for code violations.

Fort Bend County continues to experience rapid growth in its unincorporated areas, where enforcement of traffic and county ordinance violations falls outside the jurisdiction of city police departments. Many Precinct 4 residents living in these areas have expressed concerns regarding speeding, and ongoing code violations. The new unit was created to enhance enforcement efforts, improve neighborhood safety, and provide residents with direct resources and guidance for reporting and addressing these concerns in partnership with the County.

We are committed to ensuring that our communities remain safe and community response remains the highest priority.
