National Community Health Worker Awareness Week is a time to highlight the important work that our do in their communities.

Community Health Workers are:
✅ Members of the communities they serve and provide important connections and insight to our work.
✅ Trusted voices in our communities. They build relationships with the people they serve, creating connections that grow into healthier communities.
✅ Connections to resources. They feed the health and well-being of our communities through advocacy, education, and hands-on support.

When CHWs are supported, communities don't just grow they flourish. Together, let's continue cultivating healthier communities for generations to come.
