On behalf of the AMPS community, we would like to take a moment to express our condolences for the loss of Oakland police officer, Tuan Le. Officer Tuan Le devoted the past two years, being the Community Resource Officer (CRO) in West Oakland. He was unfortunately lost in the line of duty on December 29, 2023. He will truly be remembered as a hero who continuously served doing remarkable work to only make the community a safer place.

Dear AMPS Families, Staff, Students and Community,

As we stand at the threshold of a new year, it's a moment to reflect on the journey we've traversed together and to embrace the possibilities that lie ahead. The passing year has been filled with both challenges and triumphs, but through it all, our schools have grown stronger and more resilient.
