At Community Housing Development Corporation (CHDC) "our focus is to expose residents to creating coalitions and partnerships that accomplish community goals." On March 20, 2025, our Community Resource Center partnered with other North Richmond, California organizations to host a "Community Health Fair."
The health fair gave community residents an opportunity to connect with local health advocacy organizations and other Contra Costa County public resources available to them."

At Community Housing Development Corporation (CHDC), "we envision vibrant, safe, and diverse communities throughout our region where people of all ages can thrive..."
Last week, we proudly launched our new pilot initiative, the Youth Entrepreneurship Program, during an introductory meeting with twenty-five (25) community residents aged 18 to 26. The event took place at the Corrine Sain Senior & Family Community Center in North Richmond, California.
This 8-week program presented by "Young Boss Network" is designed to equip young individuals with essential financial literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and personal development strategies.
