Today we honor and remember Mrs. Boschman β a remarkable woman whose compassion, strength, and dedication helped shape and uplift the developmental disabilities community for generations.
Beginning in the early 1960s, Mrs. Boschman became a passionate advocate during the early development of Regional Center programs, fighting to ensure individuals with developmental disabilities and their families had access to support, dignity, and opportunities they deserved. Her voice, leadership, and commitment made a lasting impact on countless lives throughout the community.
Mrs. Boschman was not only an advocate, but also a loving mother, mentor, and friend. As a longtime Parent Advocate, she provided guidance, encouragement, and heartfelt support to families navigating challenges and celebrating milestones. Her kindness and wisdom touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Her legacy of advocacy, compassion, and service will continue to live on through the many lives she changed and the community she helped build.
We extend our deepest condolences, prayers, and love to her family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by Mrs. Boschman. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. β€οΈ
