💙 AMFC is excited to announce that we are accepting new referrals for our Supported Living Services (SLS) Program in Long Beach!
We currently have NO WAIT LIST and are accepting referrals throughout the entire Harbor Regional Center (HRC) catchment area.
Our SLS program is focused on helping individuals build greater independence while receiving personalized support that meets them where they are. From developing everyday living skills to becoming more involved in the community, our goal is to help each person create a life that feels meaningful, supported, and truly their own.
