Appointed by the Board of Selectmen, we disseminate information, identify need, help shape policy and collaborate on development.

The Housing Authority of the Town of West Hartford (WHHA) will be accepting pre-applications for the Project Based Voucher (PBV) apartments component of The Elle at North Main, located at 1244 North Main Street, West Hartford CT 06117. There are (14) 2 -bedroom units and (1) - 3-bedroom unit in the PBV program at this building. There are NO (1) bedroom PBV units at this development

Interested applicants must apply online at https://portals.westhartfordha.org/ between February 2, 2026, 8:30am and February 6, 2026, 11:59pm.
