Join us on Tuesday, August 4th, at Veterans Field for our annual National Night Out Against Crime celebration. Come enjoy free food, DJ, face painting, bouncy houses and make sure to bring a chair or blanket for a movie under the stars. Festivities start at 6pm, movie starts at approximately 8:15pm. At Monday's council meeting, Mayor Jimenez swore in two new Police Officers. Congratulations to Ridgefield's newest Officers, Christine Chun and Justin Kahn.

On Friday, members of the Ridgefield Police Department participated in the annual New Jersey Special Olympics Torch Run. Runners received the Torch from the Palisades Park PD and ran by local schools, before passing the Torch to the Cliffside Park PD.

On June 29th, the Ridgefield Police Department will be partnering with the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission Mobile Inspection Unit to provide free inspections.
