We would like to thank everyone who donated items for the Rummage Sale. Almost $1000 was raised due to the efforts of Rae Ann Butteris, Deb and Mark Weier, Jeanie Anderson, and Don Parks.
So what are they going to do with the money, you ask?
Well, a portion will go to building the Free Little Library which will be built in honor of Carol Murphy and will be located outside the front entrance of the Community Center. Other ideas are adding an additional bookshelf in a bare corner of the library, creating a Book Donation box of some sort, and covering the cost of the many, many decorations that make the library so special and stand out uniquely among libraries. If you have a suggestion, feel free to leave it in the comments.
This library wouldn't exist if not for the love and support from this community. All your efforts are appreciated, and you have our deep gratitude for helping to make it work.
