This EMS Week, the Ridgeway Fire Department would like to recognize and thank all of the dedicated EMS providers who answer the call day and night to serve our community.

From medical emergencies to motor vehicle accidents and everything in between, our EMS responders provide compassionate care, quick action, and steady leadership during some of life’s most difficult moments. Their commitment, training, and teamwork make a difference every single day.

We are proud to work alongside such dedicated individuals who continue to serve with professionalism, courage, and heart. Thank you for your sacrifices, volunteering your time, and your unwavering commitment to protecting and caring for our community.

The Ridgeway Volunteer Fire Department would like to congratulate Tony Richie on winning the 28 gauge shotgun! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who supported our gun board raffle, and a special thank you to The Hyde Store for hosting the fundraiser.

All proceeds will help purchase a UTV for the department, a critical tool that allows firefighters to quickly reach emergencies in remote areas where fire trucks can’t go.

Another gun board raffle is happening now at Neighbors stop in and try your luck!🚒

We are grateful to receive a $34,310 grant from the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation to support our emergency response efforts. This funding will be used to purchase new extrication equipment, helping ensure our department is better equipped to serve the Ridgeway community. Thank you to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, our local Firehouse Subs restaurant in Madison and the generous donors who made this possible!

Last night we took an opportunity to get in some wild land fire training by having a controlled burn for a local landowner. We also like to Thank Arena Fire & EMS for giving us a hand.
