Very important. Let's keep 911 focused on emergencies that are an immediate threat to life and limb. Write down the utility company numbers before the story to report outages.

Help keep 911 available for those who need it most during snow and freezing rain events. Call 911 only when there is an immediate threat to life, such as live wires, injuries, or entrapment.
