Bringing back some precious memories for our Veterans, Dave and Frank! ❤️🇺🇸

We spent the day at Rifle Fair Days enjoying the animal shows, cheering on all the hardworking contestants, and watching some exciting Extreme Bull Riding. Seeing the dedication of the youth exhibitors and the excitement of the crowd made for a wonderful day. The smiles, stories, memories, and veteran tribute and gratitude shared made it even more special for our Veterans.

Here’s to all the memories we made in July—and to the adventures that await us in August! ❤️🇺🇸 We kicked off the month with a wonderful 4th of July celebration, complete with patriotic music, and a delicious barbecue. One of the most meaningful moments of the month was honoring three of our veterans with the Quilts of Valor. We also celebrated Flag Day, where we were honored to receive beautiful new flags and a display case for our front entrance, generously donated by our local Elks Lodge. Throughout the month, our residents enjoyed celebrating Western Day, treating themselves during National Chocolate Day and National Ice Cream Day, and spending time together through music, laughter, games, and fellowship. To close out the month, we celebrated Friendship Day by writing heartfelt letters to our active-duty troops.

Before moving away, Cody and his family chose to leave one final act of kindness by generously donating clothing for our residents, including pants and shirts. Their thoughtful gift is a reflection of the compassion and caring that Cody has shown throughout his time here. We wish you and your family nothing but happiness and success in this exciting new chapter. You will be greatly missed! ❤️
