PLANNED OUTAGE 1/13/2026: Catoosa Utility will begin replacing a section of main line on Price Circle off Highway 41 on January 13, 2026. The first phase of construction will cause an outage for Price Circle, Foster Road, Foster Circle, Foster Lane, Joshua Farms Lane, Southwind Drive, and Amy Lane. The outage will begin around 9AM and is expected to end around 2PM. Crews will be onsite. Please use caution in this area.

Friendly reminder to all Catoosa Utility customers, we have a new online payment system. You must create a new login. Your login information used for PSN will not work on the new site. If you need help creating the account, please contact us. The new portal can be used to make payments. However, if you prefer to pay by mail or in our office you can still use the portal to enroll in notifications (text or email) and check out your usage history. Don't forget the new Customer Service Portal is live. If you normally pay your bill through PSN (see picture for reference) you will need to create a new payment profile. If you have auto-pays set up through PSN those will process normally for bills due November 15th, but will need to be reestablished in the new portal before the December 15th due date. Please use caution on Holcomb Road between Lawrence Road and Cummings Drive as our crews make a mainline repair. Residents in this area will experience an outage while the work is in progress. Crews will remain onsite until service is restored.
