We have 20 AMAZING and Hardworking employees at our 911 center. We have 4 shifts with 5 employees per shift. This is your chance to say THANK YOU for all of their hard work each and every day/night to help keep Catoosa County community safe and our Public Safety Men and Women (Police , Fire, EMS) safe on the other side of the radio.

We have a few trees in roadways and power lines. Crews have been dispatched to clear the roads. (Dietz rd at public’s, Mt Pisgah and Windemere, Baggett Rd, and Westwood rd). Call 706-935-2323 to report any roadway problems. Stay safe and warm!

Make sure your weather radio is working, your kit is ready, and you’re staying weather aware overnight.

Remember- watch means “watch out conditions are right for an event” and warning is “your alarm going off that it’s here and to take cover”.

Make sure you have a plan for all weather events

Now is the time to be finalizing your weather safety plans! ✅

Do you/your family know where your safe place is?
Do you have ways to receive warning information?
Have you put together a weather safety kit with any medications, things for your pets, a flashlight etc.?

Severe weather can happen at any time and you don't want to be caught off guard. It's also a great idea to follow your local emergency officials such as county emergency management. Be weather ready!
