Step back in time this weekend and explore Ringwood Manor, a Gilded Age summer estate that was home to the Cooper and Hewitt families, whose ironmaking operations played an important role in New Jerseyโs industrial history.
After being closed for the past year for a major exterior restoration, Ringwood Manor is welcoming visitors back for tours beginning Aug. 8 and 9 during the annual Living History Timeline event.
Visitors can take a guided tour of the Manor and explore 32 of 51 fully furnished rooms, featuring original family furnishings, artwork and artifacts.
