⚠️🌧️ RINGWOOD WEATHER UPDATE 🌧️⚠️

At this point we’re not sure if we’re under a drought… or just personally disliked by Mother Nature.

Every storm this year has looked at Ringwood and said:
“Absolutely not.” 🤝🌩️

Please stay weather aware this evening as storms move through the area.
If history repeats itself, everyone around us will get 2 inches of rain while Ringwood receives:

* 17 drops
* sideways wind
* and enough dust to wash your truck twice.

Keep phones charged, stay alert for warnings, and maybe wash your vehicle if you’d like to guarantee the storm splits around town again. 🚗☀️

Stay safe,
🚒 Ringwood Fire Department

🔥 THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HAS VOTED TO ISSUE A BURN BAN 🔥

Major County is currently under a 7-day burn ban.

Due to current weather conditions, including dry fuels, low humidity, and increased fire danger, all outdoor burning is prohibited during this time.

🔥 No trash burning
🔥 No brush piles
🔥 No controlled burns

These conditions can cause fires to spread rapidly and become difficult to control.

We ask everyone to do their part to help prevent wildfires and keep our communities safe.

Violations of the burn ban may result in fines and liability for any damages caused.

Please stay alert and report any signs of fire immediately.
