Rio Grande City presents Haunted Trolley Tours aboard Bessie III, experience Rio Grande City after dark.

Only 2 dates available, October 30 & 31!
3 Tours to choose from 7:00PM, 9:30PM and Midnight!
October 30, 2026 $25 for Adults, $10 for children 12 and under.
October 31, 2026 $30 for Adults, $15 for children 12 and under.

Friendly costumes are allowed.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a ticketed adult, and will required to show proof of age.

Something important is coming to the Rio Grande Valley.

The Disability Chamber of Commerce RGV is proud to bring our inaugural Legal Pathways to Adulthood for Texans with Disabilities conference to Edinburg on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Region One ECI

This conference is for families, self-advocates, educators, attorneys, service providers, and community partners who want to better understand the legal, educational, financial, and personal pathways that help people with disabilities move into adulthood.

🎤 Our keynote speaker is Haley Moss, Esq.

Haley is an openly autistic attorney, author, advocate, and nationally recognized voice for disability inclusion and neurodiversity.

Throughout the day, we’ll have 6-8 breakout sessions, a keynote, a lunch panel, practical resources, and real conversations about:
⚖️ Guardianship and alternatives
🤝 Supported decision-making
💰 Financial planning and special needs planning
🗣️ Self-advocacy and self-determination
📚 Legal rights at age 18
💼 Employment and transition
🏥 Healthcare decision-making
🎓 Life after high school

🍽️ Light breakfast and a plated lunch are included with registration.

We also have limited registration stipends available, so if you need assistance, we encourage you to apply early.

Spanish simultaneous interpretation will be available upon request as an accommodation.

We are also welcoming sponsors, vendors, and community organizations who would like to have a resource table and be part of this important day.
