Prosecuting Attorney Jason D. Holdren announces that the Gallia County Grand Jury met in January 2026 and returned indictments for the following individuals:
Kelvin C. Watson, age 48, five counts of Possession of a Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the fourth degree; four counts of Trafficking in a Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the fourth degree; five counts of Possession of He**in, felonies of the fourth degree; four counts of Trafficking in He**in, felonies of the fourth degree; two counts of Possession of Co***ne, felonies of the fifth degree; two counts of Trafficking in Co***ne, felonies of the fifth degree; two counts of Possession of a Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the fifth degree; two counts of Trafficking in a Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the fifth degree; one count of Possession of He**in, a felony of the fifth degree; one count of Trafficking in He**in, a felony of the fifth degree; one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree; one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the fourth degree; one count of Possession of a Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the third degree; one count of Trafficking in a Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the third degree; one count of Possession of He**in, a felony of the third degree; one count of Trafficking in He**in, a felony of the third degree; one count of Possession of Co***ne, a felony of the fourth degree; one count of Trafficking in He**in, a felony of the fourth degree; and one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a felony of the first degree.
Harold J. McCormick, age 66, of Middleport, Ohio, two counts of Passing Bad Checks, felonies of the fourth degree; one count of Passing Bad Checks, a misdemeanor of the first degree; and one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a felony of the second degree.
Paige M. J. Porter, age 22, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Illegal Conveyance of Drugs onto Grounds of Detention Facility or Institution, a felony of the third degree; one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the third degree; and one count of Improper Handling of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree.
Paul C. Reynolds Jr., age 48, of Vinton, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the third degree; and one count of Weapons While Under Disability, a felony of the third degree. Specifications as to all counts.

Christopher E. Blevins, age 37, of Columbus, Ohio, one count of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree; and one count of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fifth degree.
Brande N. Snapp, age 34, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Theft, a felony of the fifth degree.
