Hi neighbors!
We’re holding our annual Kids Safety event at Old Navy in Rio Grande from 10-2 and would love to have our community swing by for the festivities.
Every year Old Navy partners with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in raising awareness about up to date safety information and we have our local emergency departments coming to meet and greet while giving you safety tips and we might even see a working K9 or 2 🤫 We are also raising donations in store for the organization and Old Navy has showed up in another great way by providing a $5 coupon when you donate $5 with your purchase of $35 or more! Our personal store goal is $1,500 and so far we have $350 to donate, We’d love to see you here and I know our local emergency responders will feel the love

Our 2026 installation dinner held at Avalon Links 2/28/2026: We had the Honor and pleasure of Congressman Jeff VanDrew present all the officers with a proclamation for Outstanding Service To Our Community.
We also had the honor to have Middle Township Mayor Chris Leusner swear in all the officers.

50 year plaque to firefighter Walt Belles Sr.
50 year plaque to Chief Jim Belles.
2025 totals: 430 fire calls, 26 drills and 19 meetings.
The firefighters accumulated over 20,305 volunteer hours for Middle Township Fire District #2.
