‼️UPDATE: No boil advisories have been issued at this time. However, crews are still working to restore water service as of 4:25pm. Full service and pressure will still remain in and out until all work is completed.

Our office is still without electric and internet. If you leave a voicemail, we can check those, but not return calls! We will keep everyone updated when we have power restored 😊

BCRWA wants to give a huge shoutout to Hudson Oil for their quick response time on meeting our fuel needs to keep powering our generators! We can’t thank them enough for making sure operations today keep running smoothly! ✨

*We will update this post when electric is restored!*

We are currently without power, which means our phone lines are down and we are unable to access customer accounts at this time.

If you need assistance, please send us a message through our page and we will do our best to help!

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work through the outage! ⚡️💧

—We do have an automated pay by phone #: 844-626-9742

***UPDATE: We are back up and running fully!

Due to the storm this morning, our office is currently without electric for part of the building. We do still have one working phone but you may need to leave a voicemail since the one working line is more likely to be busy without the others available. The speaker in our drive thru is also not working so in person payments currently would need to be made inside our lobby. We will update this once our office is on full power and everything is back to normal. Thank you!
