A preconstruction one call has been issued for the following area highlighted below in the Village of Ripley for Thursday 10/22/26. Customers will experience an interruption in service and be under a boil advisory once work is completed.

A pre-construction notice will be sent out this evening for an improvement project taking place in the Village of Ripley tomorrow, Wednesday October 21st. Please see the attached map for the impacted area. Customers impacted will be under a boil advisory once water service is restored. Thank you.

We have received calls about water discoloration in portions of our service area. Our treatment plant is undergoing routine maintenance, and the water is temporarily not being softened.

The water remains safe to drink. Once maintenance is complete and normal operations resume, the discoloration should gradually clear.

A pre-construction one call has been sent out for a portion of our service area. Work will be taking place tomorrow, Monday October 19th, and will impact part of what used to the the Ripley Union Rural Water district. Impacted customers will be under a boil advisory once service is restored. Please see the attached map for more detailed information. Thank you.

**Boil advisory has been lifted**
BCRWA has a planned improvement project in the Village of Ripley that will take place Monday AND Tuesday of next week (Oct 12th and Oct 13th). Our distribution crew will be replacing multiple valves in the areas of Elizabeth St, Virginia St, Pearl St, Lawrence St, Park Dr, Pond Dr, High St, and Elm St. Portions of these areas will be in and out of service at different times as the valves are replaced. A boil advisory will be going out for these areas. Please see the map below for more detailed information.
