Rising Star Fire Department

The Rising Star Fire Dept. founded in 1942, serves a total square mileage area of 225 square miles. This service area includes the community of and area around Rising Star. Our department is made up of 17 members. These men and women make a conscious choice to be servants. Whenever and wherver the need arises, they respond willingly on each and every occasion. The RSVFD members render mutal aid to

The Department receives limited funding from the county, which servces to defray fuel and basic maintenance cost. The remaining burden of financing our operations fall on donations and grant monies. We welcome any and all donations. No AMOUNT is to small. Every cent of support is genuinely and humbly appreciated by each of your members.
