City Alert System Test

The City of Rising Star just sent out a test alert through our new alert system. 📢

This system will be used to keep residents informed about important city information, including water outages, boil water notices, and other important alerts.

If you did not receive the test alert, please let me know so I can make sure you are added to the system.

📢 Friendly Reminder from the City of Rising Star

This is a friendly reminder that City utility bills are due on the 15th of each month.

Utility disconnections begin on the 25th of each month.

If you are unable to pay your bill by the due date, please contact City Hall by the 25th to make payment arrangements. Accounts without prior arrangements are subject to disconnection on the 25th.

Thank you for your prompt attention and for helping us continue to provide reliable utility services to our community.
