Early Voting for the May 5th primary is going on right now at the Ohio County Courthouse. Vote during regular courthouse hours, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30am to 4:15pm, or for the next two Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Polls will be open from 6am to 6 pm Tuesday November 5th. Voters in Randolph township will vote at the Community Center- 510 S. Mulberry Street. Voters in Pike, Union and Cass townships will vote it the Ohio County Highway Dept-5851 Woods Ridge.
Please be aware that Indiana code prohibits any electioneering within 50 feet of the polling place. This includes t-shirts, hats, stickers, pins or any other political propaganda. You will be asked to remove or cover up the item. No one will be turned away from voting, however, if one refuses to cover up or remove the item, this could result in a misdemeanor charge.

Election day is November 5th, 2024.
Early voting is available now at the courthouse. Hours are the same as the courthouse hours and also Saturday November 2nd from 8am to noon. Also, Monday November4th from 8:30 to noon.

In person early voting began this morning and we off to a great start. It's been a busy morning and this young man was our first voter. May he be a example to all of us. Get out there and vote!

Thank you, Secretary of State Diego Morales, for you visit today.
We applied for some grant money in July and today Mr. Morales presented the clerk's office with a check so that we can update some of our election equipment.
