River Edge Volunteer Ambulance Service (REVAS) is proud to congratulate Bobby Alexiou on receiving the Unit-Based Peer Recognition Award while working in the Emergency Room at Englewood Hospital.
Bobby joined REVAS as a Cadet at the age of 16 and was a probationary member while completing high school in conjunction with the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training course at the Bergen County Training Center. He served as a probationary member until he was 18 at which time he became a riding member and part of a scheduled crew.
He continued to ride on a part time basis while in college and once he graduated, he continued to serve the people of River Edge as his schedule allowed, which he continues to do currently.
Bobby is an excellent EMT and REVAS is very proud of his professional accomplishments as well as having him providing riding coverage to River Edge.
