🔥 BIG DECISION POINT for Wisconsin Cannabis Reform! 🌿

The full adult cannabis legalization bill — including total legalization + low-dose h**p products — has now been sent to the Committee chaired by Senator Chris Kapenga (yes, that Kapenga). 😬

He’s announced a “listening session”. Now the question is:

👉 Do we show up and participate inside the committee room?
OR
👉 Do we organize a protest outside to make our voices heard?

This is a critical moment — Wisconsin activists, advocates, and everyday people who want fairness and reform need to decide how we show up.

💥 Will you stand up inside the room, speak directly to lawmakers, and make the case for real legalization?
OR
📢 Will we rally outside and demand Republicans STOP burying reform?

We need your voice — comment below with what you think, share to get others involved, and let’s organize together!

72 hours left!

End of the Wisconsin Assembly Legislative Session is Feb 19th and they have not advanced any cannabis bills, so let's tell them what we think one last time before the end of session. If you used these action alerts already, who cares, use them again!

The more effective technique is to call, but we realize not everyone will call or build a relationship with their elected officials, but we must engage, NOW. Please, if you have already used these forms, use them again, we need to flood our legislators offices with support and opposition for these bills.....KEEP UP THE ACTIVISM UNTIL FEB 19TH, IT IS ALL HANDS ON DECK RIGHT NOW!

Additional action alert:

Form The Wisconsin Cannabis Caucus in 2026!
https://actionnetwork.org/petitions/wisconsin-cannabis-caucus

Wisconsin needs elected officials who sponsored the various bills throughout past sessions and the newly elected legislators supporting reform on the campaign trail to work together towards sensible cannabis reform in a bi-partisan nature.
