Important, powerful truths here -- take a look at, and embrace, the "try this" suggestions instead of what has often been steeped in our language over the years.

"Language is powerful, and your choice of words can either break down misconceptions and stereotypes or feed into them. Stigmatizing language – such as “crazy” — perpetuates negative perceptions, which can result in people to be excluded from jobs, housing, social activities and relationships. Additionally, people may begin to believe the negative things that others say about them, delaying them on their recovery journey." - Mental Health First Aid USA

Christopher Sandoz provides his real estate clients with outstanding communication skills and representation throughout their transaction, reinforced by his professional background as a union train technician for the Chicago Transit Authority. His leadership experience, which includes being vice chairman of his union’s Latino caucus, has inspired him to pursue initiatives promoting workforce safety as well as sponsoring community-building activities directed at local youth. Christopher listens attentively and compassionately, learning the needs of his buyers and sellers and then putting forth his best effort to help them achieve their goals. Having purchased his first home at 22, Christopher has always been passionate about helping others find their own ideal residences within the market.

A resident of Chicago’s northwest side for over 25 years, Christopher has particular understanding of the city and suburban markets in these areas, including Logan Square and Elmwood Park. He also understands the unique real estate in other western suburbs such as Berwyn, Cicero, Oak Park, and River Forest.

Outside of his real estate work, Christopher enjoys a wide variety of personal interests. He is a fan of drag racing and auto mechanics, has been a musician for the past 15 years, and has coached both youth and semi-professional football teams.
