• Creating clip-art nursery rhymes in Google Docs
• Learning the history of Google Doodles, exploring the team behind them, learning about careers in the field, and creating their own animated Doodles
• Using basic Adobe Illustrator skills to design their own monsters

From Google Docs to Adobe Illustrator, our students in Mrs. Phillips class are learning that technology isn't just something they use. It is a tool they can use to create, design, animate, and communicate their ideas.

Theatre students are putting their skills into action.

Our Theatre Production students created and shared presentations featuring their Top 10s in a variety of categories, while Theatre 1 students put their knowledge of stage directions to the test through an obstacle course.

We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate an incredible accomplishment: IMMS is an A-rated campus!

Our staff and students worked incredibly hard last year, increasing our A–F Accountability rating by 10 points. This A is a reflection of the dedication, growth, and hard work across our entire campus.

We received distinctions in Reading Language Arts, Mathematics, Academic Growth, Postsecondary Readiness, and Top 25% comparative in Closing the Gaps.

Castleberry ISD earns a B rating, increasing seven points from 2025.

The newly released 2026 A–F Accountability Ratings show Castleberry ISD earned an 88 (B). At the secondary level, every Castleberry ISD middle and high school earned an A rating, with several campuses also showing significant year-over-year improvement.

We welcomed over 550 families to Irma Marsh Middle School yesterday for Meet the Teacher!

It was a great start to the 2026–2027 school year as students and families met teachers, explored the campus, found their classrooms, and got a glimpse of what’s ahead.

We’re ready to welcome our Lions back and make this a great year at IMMS. Let’s do this, Lions!
