With more than 20 years of experience, Stacy leads efforts to mobilize public-private investment to develop affordable housing and strengthen communities. In Prince George’s County, she is advancing transit-oriented developments including Holly Place, Headen Spring, and The Costello at 8181, creating sustainable homes that connect residents to transit, jobs, and opportunity.
